About Art Printing Vehicle Wraps
Art Printing Vehicle Wraps is a Sacramento studio that designs, prints, and installs vehicle wraps in-house at 5051 College Oak Dr Suite C. We price wraps by vehicle size, name the film on your invoice, and back every install with a 60-day workmanship warranty. No badge premium, no work shipped off to a subcontractor.
Who we are
The name is the short version of the story. We started in print and apparel — logos, signage, custom merch — and grew into the thing those skills are built for: turning a vehicle into the clearest, hardest-working version of a brand. Today the bulk of what we do is vehicle styling. Wraps, color changes, fleet graphics, ceramic window tint, auto detailing and coating, plus the embroidery and screen printing the shop was named for.
It is all one studio. The designer who lays out your fleet's branding can put the same logo on the crew's shirts. The team that wraps your van is the team that hands it back. That continuity is the whole point of keeping it under one roof.
Meet the founder
Arthur Volhin
Founder | Printing Technology Specialist
Arthur is a printing and graphics professional with over 20 years in the printing industry and more than 8 years specialized in vehicle wraps. His background spans commercial printing, large-format graphics, color-change wraps, and custom vehicle branding.
His attention to detail is meticulous, and he approaches every project with a focus on quality and precision. That technical depth is what keeps each wrap holding up on durability, appearance, and finish.
Whether it is a single car or a full fleet, Arthur's goal is the same: outstanding results that help a business or a driver make a lasting impression.
A team that does the work itself
We do not subcontract installs. Design, print, and fitting all happen at the College Oak Dr shop, by the same people, on every job. Our installers work on real vehicle die-lines — the exact panel geometry of your car — so the film sits flat through curves, recesses, and door handles instead of lifting at the corners a month later.
That matters more than any slogan. A wrap is only as good as the hands that put it on, and the only way to stand behind an install is to have done it yourself.

What makes us different
Most local shops compete on photos and vibes. We compete on the things you can actually check before you pay:
- Priced by size, not badge. A Model 3 is roughly the size of a mid-size sedan, so it is quoted like one. We will never give you "8k, same price for the S, X, or 3" — that is the badge premium owners complain about online, and we do not charge it.
- Named film on the invoice. We write the exact film and product line on your invoice — we run 3M™ Wrap Film Series 2080 and Avery Dennison® Supreme Wrapping™ Film. "Premium vinyl" means nothing in writing; the specifics do.
- Wrap-first method. Clean prep, sealed edges, no shortcuts — the same standard whether it is a single Tesla or a 12-truck fleet.
- A real warranty. Every install carries a 60-day workmanship warranty, and the 3M™ Wrap Film Series 2080 and Avery Dennison® Supreme Wrapping™ Film we use are rated by the manufacturer for up to 7 years. On sound factory paint, that film also comes off clean when removed correctly. Compare finishes and size-based pricing on our Sacramento vehicle wrap services page.
Our promise
When the wrap's life is up — or you sell the car — quality cast film comes off clean. The horror stories you read online, vinyl flaking and adhesive baked onto the paint, come from cheap film and shops that cut corners on prep. We use premium 3M and Avery Dennison film and back every install with a 60-day workmanship warranty, because how a wrap goes on decides how cleanly it comes off.
The proof is in the bay
You do not have to take our word for it. The vehicles below left our shop, named and real, not stock photos: Tesla American, Mod Pizza, Ameri Trailer, Chill Van, Capital Carpentry, Lux Construction, Thermotech, Ace Flooring, and dozens more. See the full set on our work gallery, or read what customers say on our reviews page.
