The catch: each color in your design needs its own screen, so screen printing shines on bigger quantities with one to three colors, not on a run of five.

Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread. It costs more per piece and it reads more upscale — the right call for caps, polos, jackets, and anything a customer associates with "professional." Stitched logos also outlast printed ones; they do not crack or fade.
