Lucid Gravity Wrap in Sacramento
Updated

Gravity owners wrap for two reasons that are specific to this car: protecting that long, uninterrupted single-pane glass canopy and curved nose from rock chips on the way to Tahoe, and changing up Lucid's limited launch palette (Cosmos Silver, Stellar White, Aurora Green, Fathom Blue, Supernova Bronze) without a respray that kills resale. Because the Gravity is a low-volume EV that almost nobody sees on Sacramento roads, a color-shift or satin wrap turns an already rare car into a genuine one-off, which is the whole point for this buyer.

What a Lucid Gravity wrap costs
The Gravity is a full-size vehicle — roughly 320 sq ft of wrappable surface. A full color change starts from $4,150, with lettering and partials from $550 — $17/sq ft up to 50 sq ft, $15 up to 100, $13 for larger jobs, $550 minimum, never a flat badge rate. The price tracks square footage and install hours on the Gravity itself — not the badge on the trunk.

Wrapping a Lucid Gravity: panels & install
The Gravity's body is dominated by very large, gently crowned door and quarter panels with minimal hard creases, so big sheets lay down clean but the long roof-to-hatch glass run and the wraparound front light bar fascia force tight inlays and precise relief cuts rather than simple panel-edge wraps. The flush door handles, frameless glass, and the sloping liftgate seam all need individual templating, and the lower rocker/fender transition has enough compound curve to demand post-heat on the recessed edges.
Finishes for your Gravity
Satin or a satin color-shift suits the Gravity best: the car's smooth, low-crease surfaces and that uninterrupted greenhouse read as one continuous form, and a satin finish flatters those large flat planes far better than gloss, which broadcasts every wave and orange-peel reflection across the long doors. Full matte is the one to avoid on a daily EV like this, since the soft front-end curves and rocker areas pick up the most road grime and matte is the hardest to keep clean. Lucid Gravity wrap FAQ
Can you wrap over the full-length glass roof or does it have to stop at the glass?
We wrap the painted body only and cut clean against the glass canopy edge; the panoramic glass itself is not wrapped, though we can add a tint or PPF strip separately. The long glass-to-pillar seam on the Gravity is one of the spots where careful inlay matters most for a finished look.
Will wrapping interfere with the Gravity's sensors or the front light bar?
No. We template around the camera and radar housings and avoid covering the active sensor faces, and the front light bar is masked or inlaid rather than wrapped over so its output and appearance stay unchanged. None of this touches the car's electronics or driver-assist function.
How much does it cost to wrap a Lucid Gravity?
A full color-change wrap on a Gravity — about 320 sq ft of full-size surface — starts from $4,150, with partials and lettering from $550. Coverage, finish, and how complex the design is move the number — the badge never does. Get a real number on our Get Started form.
How long does a Gravity wrap last, and does it come off clean?
A quality cast-vinyl wrap on a Gravity lasts about 5–7 years with care. EV clearcoats like the Gravity's run thin from the factory, so the film shields the paint underneath — peel it later and the original finish is better off than the bare panels. Every install carries a 60-day workmanship warranty.
