They add a little work but aren't a problem — the film gets trimmed right at the glass edge and tucked into the door-shut return, then post-heated so it stays locked when the frameless glass drops on door open and close. A clean install keeps the edges invisible and the windows operating normally.
Will wrapping cover the chrome window surrounds and the contrast trim on my A5?
Those bright window surrounds and the grille trim are separate pieces, so they're handled as their own job — they can be left factory, wrapped in black, or color-matched, but they aren't part of the main body panels.
