Pacifica owners come to us for two reasons: rideshare and family operators who want a clean fleet color or branding without repainting a leased or financed van, and folks killing the dated factory two-tone by wrapping the lower cladding to match the body. Because it's a unibody minivan with a long, mostly flat broadside and big sliding-door panels, it reads almost like a small billboard on each side, which makes it a favorite for logo and decal jobs in addition to full color changes. The hybrid (Pacifica Hybrid) shares the same body, so wrap planning is identical whether it's gas or PHEV.

What a Chrysler Pacifica wrap costs

The Pacifica is a extra-large vehicle — roughly 360 sq ft of wrappable surface. A full color change starts from $4,500, with lettering and partials from $550$17/sq ft up to 50 sq ft, $15 up to 100, $13 for larger jobs, $550 minimum, never a flat badge rate. The price tracks square footage and install hours on the Pacifica itself — not the badge on the trunk.

Model-year note. The Pacifica nameplate launched for 2017 (the Town and Country replacement), so 2017-2020 templates share one front fascia; the 2021 mid-cycle refresh redesigned the grille, headlights, and front bumper, so 2021-2026 vans need the updated front-end die-lines even though the doors, quarters, and roofline carried over unchanged. There is no separate Pacifica generation within this range, just that pre- and post-2021 fascia split. Tell us your year so we cut and quote to the right die-lines.

Wrapping a Chrysler Pacifica: panels & install

The two power sliding doors are the install challenge: the tracks, the channel cut into the lower bodyside, and the door-handle pockets all need inlaid relief cuts and post-heat, and we wrap with the doors cycled open so vinyl doesn't tear at the track when they slide. The long quarter panels and the strong character line running door-to-door let us bridge with minimal seams, but the deeply recessed lower rocker cladding and the wide D-pillar/liftgate glass surround want their own pieces rather than one continuous pull.

Finishes for your Pacifica

Gloss is the safe, period-correct choice for the curvy bodyside and reflective character lines, and it's the easiest to keep clean for a family van. Satin is the standout pick here because it tones down the slab-sided sliding-door surfaces and hides the minor orange-peel and panel flex you get on a large van flank, while still looking factory rather than flat-matte. Owner tip for your Pacifica

From our install bench. On the Pacifica, plan around those Stow 'n Go door cuts and the long sliding-door track channels, where vinyl wants to tunnel and lift. Have us post-heat and re-seal those edges. Matte grays read clean on this minivan, but they show family-hauler fingerprints around the handles fast.

Chrysler Pacifica wrap FAQ

Can you wrap my Pacifica's power sliding doors without messing up how they slide?

Yes. We cycle the doors open during install and trim the vinyl back from the slide tracks and the lower channel so nothing binds or peels when the doors operate. The painted door skins wrap normally; only the moving track edges get relieved.

Should I wrap the lower gray cladding to match the body, or leave it?

Most owners who dislike the factory two-tone have us wrap the lower rocker and bumper cladding body-color for a cleaner, more modern look. That textured plastic takes vinyl fine with proper prep and primer, but it's a high-rub zone, so we recommend it stay color-change vinyl rather than expecting paint-level durability there.

How much does it cost to wrap a Chrysler Pacifica?

A full color-change wrap on a Pacifica — about 360 sq ft of extra-large surface — starts from $4,500, with partials and lettering from $550. Coverage, finish, and how complex the design is move the number — the badge never does. Get a real number on our Get Started form.

How long does a Pacifica wrap last, and does it come off clean?

A quality cast-vinyl wrap on a Pacifica lasts about 5–7 years with care. On a high-use Pacifica, sealed edges around the doors and panels are what make it last; at end of life it removes paint-safe. Every install carries a 60-day workmanship warranty.
