F-350 owners are overwhelmingly running them as work or fleet trucks — contractors, towing rigs, ranch and oilfield units — so a wrap is usually fleet branding plus paint protection on a truck that lives outside and gets abused, not vanity. The unique angle is the sheer scale and the dually variant: a dual-rear-wheel F-350 has bulging rear fender flares and a wider bed that no half-ton has, giving you a billboard-sized broadside but also a lot of awkward compound geometry to fight.

What a Ford F-350 wrap costs

The F-350 is a extra-large vehicle — roughly 400 sq ft of wrappable surface. Commercial graphics and lettering start from $650, and a full color change is priced by the area we cover — $17/sq ft up to 50 sq ft, $15 up to 100, $13 for larger jobs, $550 minimum, never a flat badge rate. You pay for the film and the labor it takes to cover your F-350, never a flat number copied from a bigger or smaller vehicle.

Model-year note. There are three real generations in this window: 2009–2010 (last of the old-shape Super Duty), the all-new 2011–2016 body with the big stacked-bar grille, the 2017–2022 redesign that went to a higher-strength aluminum-alloy cab and bed (which changes how the surface preps and how dents behave), and the 2023–2026 refresh with a reworked front fascia and grille — so grille, headlight and bumper die-lines differ enival enough that a bumper-to-bumper template is not interchangeable across these breaks. Tell us your year so we cut and quote to the right die-lines.

Wrapping a Ford F-350: panels & install

The Super Duty's slab-sided doors and tall bed sides are easy big-panel real estate, but the install fights live at the heavily sculpted wheel arches (especially the dually flares), the bolt-on fender vents, the deep body-line crease down the doors, and the textured-plastic lower cladding and tailgate appliqué that vinyl won't bond to like painted steel. The two-piece tailgate cameras, step, and the boxed bed-rail caps all need relief cuts or separate inlays rather than one continuous pull.

Finishes for your F-350

Satin or matte PPF-style cast vinyl is the smart call here: it reads premium on a big work truck, hides the inevitable trail scratches, sand pitting and wash swirls far better than gloss, and doesn't show the panel-flex distortion you get across these long flat door and bed expanses. Gloss color-change looks sharp but on a truck this size every wave in the sheet metal and every install seam catches light, so reserve it for show or dealer units that stay clean. Owner tip for your F-350

From our install bench. Those long F-350 bedsides and the squared dual-rear-wheel fenders are the trouble spots. Have us post-heat and overlap-seam the wheel arches and bumper steps, since work-truck duty drags vinyl across them daily. A matte or satin black hides jobsite dust between washes far better than gloss.

Ford F-350 wrap FAQ

Can you wrap the dually fenders and the textured lower cladding on my F-350?

The dually rear flares wrap fine but they're compound-curved, so they're cut as their own sections with heat-formed edges rather than one sheet over the bed. The factory textured-plastic lower cladding and bumpers don't hold adhesive like painted panels, so we either leave them, use a finish rated for textured plastic, or recommend a separate trim treatment.

My 2018 F-350 has the aluminum body — does that change the wrap?

The 2017-and-up aluminum-alloy cab and bed wrap just like steel for adhesion, but aluminum dents and oil-cans differently, so any existing dings or panel flex need addressing first since vinyl telegraphs imperfections. Bare or repaired aluminum spots must be fully cleaned and free of corrosion or filler dust before lay-down.

How much does it cost to wrap a Ford F-350?

Commercial graphics and lettering on a F-350 start from $650, and a full color-change wrap is priced by the vehicle's size and the area we cover. Final price depends on coverage, finish, and design — never a flat badge price. Get a real number on our Get Started form.

How long does a F-350 wrap last, and does it come off clean?

A quality cast-vinyl wrap on a F-350 lasts about 5–7 years with care. A F-350 that lives outside lands at the lower end of that range; a garaged one holds the top — either way removal is paint-safe. Every install carries a 60-day workmanship warranty.
