Wrapping a Tesla Model X: panels & install
The dominant challenge is the dual-hinge Falcon Wing doors — they carry compound curves, a body-side sensor array, and seams that must be relieved and re-tucked so the film doesn't tear or lift when the door articulates upward through its arc. The one-piece glass roof that sweeps into the windshield means there's effectively no hood-to-roof break to hide a seam, so the long front-fascia, frunk, and fender flow has to be planned as continuous panels with overlaps placed low and out of sight.
